1. Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver across all serviceable locations within India. Please ensure that you provide a complete and accurate shipping address, including house number, street, city, state, and PIN code.

Note: We do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses.


2. Shipping & Logistics

  • Orders are shipped through trusted courier partners.
  • Deliveries are typically made during standard working hours (Monday to Saturday), depending on courier operations in your area.
  • We do not dispatch orders on Sundays or public holidays.

3. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are usually processed within 48–72 business hours after confirmation.
  • Processing times may vary depending on product availability and order volume.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Once dispatched, orders are generally delivered within 5–7 working days.
  • Overall delivery time may take up to 7–9 business days from the date of order placement.

5. Multiple Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately based on availability and warehouse locations. You may receive them in different packages on different days.


6. Shipment Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with:
  • Tracking number
  • Courier partner details
  • Estimated delivery date
  • Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to become active.

7. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment.


8. Transit Risk

  • All shipments are insured at no additional cost.
  • In case of loss during transit, we will take full responsibility and arrange a replacement or refund.
  • However, we are not responsible for packages once they have been marked as delivered by the courier.

9. Address Changes

  • Orders cannot be modified once placed.
  • Address change requests may be accepted within 24 hours of placing the order.

10. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
  • Any additional charges due to incorrect addresses (including reshipping fees or penalties) will be borne by the customer.

12. Delays in Shipping

While we strive to deliver on time, delays may occur due to:

If your order is lost in transit:

  • After confirmation (typically within 15 days), we will reship or refund the order.

14. Billing & Shipping Address

  • Billing Address: The address linked to your payment method.
  • Shipping Address: The address where your order will be delivered.

For Cash on Delivery (COD), billing address is not mandatory.
